Peng Chau, a small island in Hong Kong.

The stress of work brought me to this place. Compared with other places in Hong Kong, Peng Chau looked like a desert. Even though it was at the weekend, the streets were very spacey. There was no chance I would bump into other people’s shoulders on the street.
This kind of atmosphere made this little island an ideal place for people who want to live a relaxing life. Rarely could I see a car passing by, and the people walked so slowly.

When I was heading to the bridge connect the beach and the island, I entered the housing area. To my surprise, only a few bicycles passed by.

When I was taking these photos, I recognized a common problem existing in my photos–the horizontal line. Most photos have imbalanced horizontal lines 😅.

Until this moment, I still don’t understand why a mini-white-house would be connected to the guard rail. It looked like it was on the edge of falling into the sea.

When I was taking this photo, I found myself overwhelmed by boredom. I wondered if the same structure has appeared in my photos for too many times.
Maybe I should try another angle.

This time, I decided to step further, beginning to include human beings in my photos. It was more difficult than I expected. Unlike mountains and seas, human objects move a lot.

This time, I did a small experiment with this photo. I used a filter function in GH5(But I forgot which filter😅)
Even though I couldn’t fully enjoy the beautiful scenery due to indigestion from garlic noodles, it made me realize that what I want is different from what I imagined. Before coming to this place, I kept imaging myself living alone in a quiet village, living a simple life where there are no claw machines and rests.
From now on, this platform will only include blog posts related to photography and creative art. In the future, I may post my painting on this platform as well.
